patrolled surf beach, local eateries, and the historic Avoca Beach movie
theatre.

LaVoca Lakehouse offers coastal living with serene waterfront views
and access. The lower level contains a large open plan living, dining
and kitchen, flowing onto the beautiful
outdoor entertaining balcony. Off the entrance hallway you will find
the indoor pool (electric heated during daylight saving months). On
this level you will also find the master bed
which contains a queen bed, large ensuite, walk in robe, access to the
balcony and stunning lake views. Bedroom two contains a queen bed,
ensuite and walk in robe along with
external access to the side ramp. Bedroom three contains a queen size
bed and walk in wardrobe and access to the external ramp. The layout
of downstairs with the side ramp
access allows LaVoca Lakehouse to be wheelchair accessible. No air
conditioning available.

Upstairs you will find a TV sitting room, the fourth bedroom with two
king singles, ensuite and wardrobe and the fifth bedroom with three
king singles and wardrobe.

Outside features a large deck with outdoor seating, a BBQ area a large
grassed fenced backyard with plenty of space for outdoor games and
activities. Kayaks are available for
guests to use.

tranquil feel being surrounded by trees and having private access to
Avoca lake to take the kayaks out
to explore the area and enjoying the private indoor pool (electric
