It all began in 2006 when Brent Pilkington identified a growing need for a specialized holiday rental service. With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry on the Central Coast—including the ownership and management of hotels and motels both locally and internationally—Accom Holidays launched with just six property listings and a dedicated team of three.

Today, Accom Holidays has experienced remarkable growth, proudly managing over 400 premium holiday houses and apartments, as well as high-end permanent rental options and a thriving lifestyle property sales division. Our presence spans several key locations, including Terrigal, Avoca, Copacabana, and Ettalong Beach.

Our team has expanded to 20 highly trained reservation specialists, alongside a skilled marketing coordinator and an operations manager, all committed to delivering exceptional service. We leverage extensive marketing and social media platforms, promoting our properties across multiple websites tailored to each property's unique style and appeal.
